📦 How to Return an Item
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for an exchange/return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and in its original packaging). You will also need to provide the invoice at the return pickup time to complete the process. Please note that once a product has been used, it will be ineligible for exchange or return. You can request a return/replacement within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:
- If the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
- If the product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
- If the product has expired by the time of delivery.
Starting the Return Process: To begin, Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is mandatory. email us at bazaarseller@zohomail.in to request a Return.
Sending Back Your Item: If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item ordered from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date. In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days after the return pick-up is done. 💸Refunds:

❌Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so only if we have yet to ship the product. If a cancellation request is accepted, you will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount. However, BazaarSeller reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
⚠️ What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?
No problem at all! If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us right away. Once your damaged/defective product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
